🚫 Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: Where is my order?

📧 Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 3 days. Make sure to check the email address used at checkout.

Q: What is my tracking number?

✉️ Your tracking number will be sent via email 2-3 days after placing your order. If you haven’t received it after 4 days, contact us at support@jjserenity.com for assistance.

Q: I’ve lost my tracking number. What can I do?

📩 Email us at support@jjserenity.com with your full name and shipping address, and we’ll resend your tracking number.

Q: How can I make changes to my order?

📝 To make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can update:

  • Delivery details
  • Your name
  • Your email
  • Your phone number

After 12 hours, we may not be able to modify your order.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

❌ To cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Q: What is your return policy?
